Mobil Land Development Corp., the Reston-based parent company of Reston Land Corp., has made key corporate changes at its Virginia regional office.
Francis C. Steinbauer will head the regional real estate development effort that will supply staff and support services to projects such as Reston and Colonial Village in Arlington, another Mobil community. Steinbauer, former executive vice president of Reston Land Development's Virginia companies.
James C. Cleveland was promoted to general manager and executive vice president of Reston Land Corp. He will oversee sales, marketing and land development.
Michael C. Was will become marketing vice president for Reston Land Corp. and will be responsible for al Reston's marketing, including residential, industrial and commericial land sales, market research, advertising and public relations.
All design and engineering duties have been transferred from individual projects to Mobil Land Development, and Richard P. Bonar was named to head the department. He will be in charge of land planning, architectural design and engineering for all Washington-region projects. Others changes include: Grace M. McGee, vice president for business planning, Mobil Land Development; John J. Guilfoyle, Counsel for the Eastern Division; and J. Hunter Richardson Jr., director of marketing for Reston Land Corp.
