G.V. Brenneman, president of Brenneman Associates Inc., was recently elected 1982 president of the Washington Board of Realtors.
In addition to heading his own firm, which specializes in condominium and cooperative transactions, Brenneman is a national director of the National Association of Realtors. He has also served as past chairman of its condominium committee. He is a member of the board of the D.C. Builders Association and a founding member of the Washington Metropolitan Chapter of the Community Associations Institute.
Bette June Ingham, vice president and treasurer of Ingham & Associates, was elected first vice president of the Washington board; George T. May, senior vice president of B.F. Saul Co., became second vice president, and Garland J. Bloom Jr., executive vice president and chief executive officer of H.G. Smithy Co., was reelected to a second term as treasurer.
