Chester F. Ehrenzeller has been elected chairman of the board of CFE Air Cargo Inc. in Norfolk, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dynalectron Corp. He was a founder of CFE in 1972 and formerly its president and chief executive officer. Floyd J. Crosslin succeeds Ehrenzeller as president. Crosslin has been with Dynalectron for over 27 years. John P. Gorkowski has been promoted to manager of the systems services division in McLean.
Frank E. Ferro has been promoted to manager of Lamps subcontract procurement of IBM in Manassas. Ferro joined IBM in 1968 in Gaithersburg.
