Entre' Computer Centers Inc., a fast-growing computer-store franchiser, is expanding and moving its corporate headquarters and national distribution center to new locaons in Northern Virginia this month.
Entre' President Steven B. Heller cited the company's growth--from one he present 147 open or under development in 37 states and Washington, D.C.--as the primary reason for expansionts corporate headquarters from McLean to the new eight-story Tysons Beltway Office Center building at 1951 Kidrm will occupy 30,000 square feet of space at the Tysons building.
The new 49,500-square-foot national dise located at Willard Road Industrial Park in Chantilly, near Dulles International Airport. The distribution ce on Merrifield Road in Merrifield, Va.
Other recent developments in commercial realty in the metropolitan area:
* The Washington law firm of Mahn, Franklin & Goldberg has leased 12,500 square feet of space at 1718 Connecticut Ave. NW. The aggregate rental value of the long-term lease is about $3.3 million.
* The consulting firm of Arthur D. Little Inc. has leased about 12,000 square feet of space for a new Washington office at 600 Maryland Ave. SW. The aggregate rental value of the lease is about $850,000.
* Procter & Gamble has leased about 4,500 square feet of space at 1801 18th St. NW. The aggregate rental value of the long-term lease is about $2.3 million.
