Maximum Savings Association, which recently opened its first office in Cabin John, has announced four appointments to its management team: Suzanne J. Weiss, formerly senior vice president for finance and administration with Dominion Federal Savings & Loan Association, and Ronald P. Gudbrandsen, formerly regional vice president for First National Bank of Maryland, have been named senior vice presidents. Jill J. Price, recently vice president with Washington Federal Savings & Loan Association, and J. Martin Kline Jr., credited with expanding First National Bank of Maryland's real estate involvements as vice president, have been appointed vice presidents.

First National Bank of Maryland has appointed James D. Lucas Jr. senior vice president for economic development and Guy J. Tegler vice president for commercial lending in Montgomery County. Lucas, chairman of the Maryland Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Committee, has been with First National for almost two years. Tegler is a 1977 graduate of the University of Maryland and a member of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce.

First American Bank of Virginia has named Catherine Mohr and Jeremiah Manning senior vice presidents. Mohr is director of personnel, while Manning is treasurer and head of the finance department.

Internet Inc., owner and operator of MOST and Network Exchange, the electronic banking networks, has appointed John Larson senior vice president. Larson, formerly vice president of sytems development with NS&T Bank, joined the Reston firm as director of operations in April 1984.
