Satellite Business Systems has signed a multiyear lease agreement for 130,000 square feet at Sunrise Technology Park in Reston.

The company will occupy two buildings at the high-tech office park, located at Sunrise Valley Drive. The first building totals 81,388 square feet, and will be linked to a second 36,064-square-foot building by a central connecter totaling 12,390 square feet.

The office park is being built by CCI Construction Inc. and developed and managed by Centennial Development Corp. Aggregate rent for the multiyear lease, "which represents the largest single deal in Reston in 1984," according to John McEvilly, Coldwell Banker vice president, exceeds $7 million.

Other recent developments in commercial realty in the Washington metropolitan area:

InterComp IHS Inc. has leased 15,414 square feet of space at the Van Buren Office Center, the Cambridge Development Co. has announced. The Van Buren center is located along the Herndon Parkway in the Dulles/Reston corridor of Northern Virginia.

InterComp manufactures computer equipment that scans and digitizes oversized documents. Another tenant at Van Buren is Washington Federal Savings and Loan Association, which has leased 21,800 square feet.

Casey, Miller, Borris and Burns Inc. has announced the following leasing transactions: Alpha Corp. has leased 11,300 square feet, and Bellomo McGee Inc. has leased 3,730 square feet at Tech Center I in Vienna. Casey, Miller, Borris and Burns was the agent in the transactions.

Foreman Realty Inc., which specializes in commercial property, has leased 2,024 square feet of office space at 5460 Fishers La. in Rockville. Rubloff was the agent in the transaction.
