Scott Cohen, who recently retired as staff director of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, has opened a consulting firm in Washington. Scott Cohen & Associates will offer a full range of consulting services to industry, governments and national and international organizations with an emphasis on how to deal with the U.S. government. Cohen was a foreign affairs adviser to former Sen. Charles H. Percy (R-Ill.) and worked earlier as a foreign news correspondent.
