*French Firms Lease Space Near Dulle
Subsidiaries of two French companies, CIT-Alcatel Inc. and Spot Image Corp., have leased a total of 87,500 square feet in Northern Virginia for their first U.S. headquarters.
The firms chose space in the Dulles International Center and the Reston Branches Office Park because of their proximity to Dulles International Airport, according to the developer, Lee Sammis & Associates Inc.
Spot Image, a subsidiary of Spot Image S.A., has leased a three-story, 32,500-square-foot building in the Reston office park. The firm, which distributes imagery obtained from satellites, will use the building as its American office and computer and photographic facility.
