Donald Trump found that two more foreign financial institutions have joined four foreign banks that are threatening to torpedo a planned, $65 million bailout of his troubled organization, banking sources said. The holdouts' refusal so far to join more than 50 other creditors in the rescue package has raised the risk that Trump would be forced next week to seek bankruptcy protection for the Trump Castle Casino in Atlantic City, N.J., the sources said.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has agreed to inspect the 1990 Ford Aerostar that killed two people in an accident allegedly caused by sudden acceleration in Illinois on June 10. The agency will decide whether to open an investigation that would cover more than 800,000 Aerostars made from 1986 to 1990.

Dyncorp, a Reston-based government contracting and aviation services firm, received a $100 million, four-year Navy contract for technical and engineering services for three naval weapons stations in California. Dyncorp will hire an additional 750 employees.
