Movie Towne Corp. of White Plains, Md., filed for Chapter 7 liquidation Dec. 17. The video sales and rental company listed assets of $7,220 and liabilities of $77,293.
Harry H. Rowe, doing business as B+H Plumbing and Heating, filed for Chapter 7 liquidation Dec. 18. The Gaithersburg company listed both assets and liabilities less than $50,000.
GLM/Nor-Dan Associates Limited Partnership of Northwest filed for Chapter 7 liquidation Dec. 19. The real estate owner and developer listed assets and liabilities of more than $1 million each.
Party Time Discount Beer & Wine Inc. of Wheaton reopened a 1987 Chapter 11 reorganization on Dec. 14. The company listed assets of $103,896 and liabilities of $383,891.
Eastern Virginia District Alexandria Division Carbon County Hotel Limited Partnership of Woodbridge filed for Chapter 11 reorganization Dec. 17. The hotel business did not list its assets or liabilities.
Market Place Enterprises, doing business as the Market Place, filed for Chapter 11 reorganization Dec. 18. The Fairfax advertising publication company listed no assets and liabilities were $300,000.

Christian & Dean Inc., formerly doing business as Lewis Christian Construction of Manassas, filed for Chapter 7 liquidation Dec. 19. The general contractor listed assets of $28,000 and liabilities of $393,599.
District of Columbia Mary Beth Mastrucci, formerly doing business as the printing franchise Minuteman Press, filed for Chapter 7 liquidation Dec. 17. Mastrucci, who sold the business in September, listed assets of $2,708 and liabilities of $39,092.
