AQUAS Inc. of Chevy Chase won a $2.7 million contract from the Small Business Administration in Washington to make information exchanges more efficient.

The contract, which runs for two years, will fund system modernization, database design and Web site development for the SBA. The changes are being made to facilitate information exchanges between small businesses and banks and lending institutions.

AQUAS is a nine-year-old company that reorganizes and redesigns databases to enable companies to better access and report information.

Communications Training Analysis Corp. of Fairfax won a $7.5 million contract from the General Services Administration in for professional, administrative and management support services.

PricewaterhouseCoopers of Fairfax won a $823,465 contract from the U.S. Postal Service for professional, administrative and management support services.

Cerebellum Productions Corp. of Falls Church won a $276,192 contract from the Navy for photographic, mapping, printing and publication services.

Metro Video Productions of Williamsburg won a $273,483 contract from the Navy for photographic, mapping, printing and publication services.

Von Spaeth Productions of Easton won a $268,435 contract from the Naval Media Center for photographic, mapping, printing and publication services.

Creative Edge Video and Film Production of Chesapeake won a $267,365 contract from the Navy for photographic, mapping, printing and publication services.

The Ahern Group of Baltimore won a $266,870 contract from the Navy for photographic, mapping, printing and publication services.

McArthur Communications of Richmond won a $230,196 contract from the Naval Media Center for photographic, mapping, printing and publication services.

Vanguard Industries of Norfolk won a $197,737 contract from the Transportation Department for clothing.

Textilease of Richmond won a $117,382 contract from the Defense Commissary Agency for utilities and housekeeping services.

Metrocall of Alexandria won a $95,545 contract from the Treasury Department for lease or rental of equipment.

Capitol Technigraphics Corp. of Springfield won a $85,469 contract from the U.S. Government Printing Office for photographic, mapping, printing and publication services.

Fairchild Space & Defense Corp. of Germantown won an $83,659 contract from the Navy for power supply equipment.

Jones and Wood Inc. of Washington won a $79,798 contract from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for construction of structures and facilities.
