Q What does your company do?

A We do full life-cycle software development and project management, but our specialty is in software testing and quality assurance. We've developed proprietary software that creates, manages, monitors and conducts tests across all software and network platforms.

What would your employees say were the best reasons for working at your company?

Our number one focus is on providing quality for our clients, and we think creating an employee-friendly environment makes that possible. Everyone's suggestions here have equal value. We have a commitment to making our employees grow and become the best that they can. People work harder when they know you care.

What sense of stability can your company offer job candidates?

We have a very solid business model, we're growing at a rapid rate, our average government contract is five years in length, our management team is strong and we have this exciting new software product that is catching on around the world. We also have Jim Kabbani, who built Blackboard, on our team.

Who owns your company and what are their qualifications?

The company is 100 percent owned by me. I have 22 years experience in IT development for companies like MCI, Amtrak and Freddie Mac.

What are the demographics of your company?

Of our 10 employees we have one female and two minorities. Our four-person executive team has our one female and both of our minorities. The average age is 40 and no one has left the company yet, so our retention rate is 100 percent.

What positions do you have available and what level of expertise do you want?

All of the following positions need two to three years' experience: two business development and software sales personnel, one proposal writer, at least four software quality assurance analysts, two Microsoft .NET analysts, two software designer/testers and two senior software developers.
