Benefits, compensation and perks: Company pays 70 percent of employee medical benefits and 50 percent of employee dental benefits, both effective the first of the month after the first day of employment. Optical benefits are available at employee's expense. Maternity leave is paid at 100 percent for the first two weeks and then at 60 percent until the employee's medical professional says it is safe to return to work. There is no paternity leave.
