Seller: Alltech International Holdings Inc., Deerfield, Ill.
W.R. Grace, operating under Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, is a supplier of building materials and specialty chemicals and catalysts. It filed a motion in U.S. Bankruptcy Court seeking authorization to acquire Alltech, a private manufacturer and supplier of chromatography products.
