Benefits, compensation and perks: Company pays 100 percent of employee and dependent medical and dental benefits, effective the first day of employment. Domestic partners are included in benefits. Maternity leave is paid at 70 percent for eight weeks, and paternity leave is paid at 100 percent for two weeks.
