* Infodata Systems of Herndon earned $900,000 (15 cents a share) on $2.4 million in revenue during its second quarter, up from a profit of $48,000 (1 cent) on $2 million in revenue during the second quarter last year. * GSE Systems, a Columbia provider of training hardware and software, earned$276,000 (3 cents a share) on revenue of $7.6 million during the second quarter, compared with a loss of $1.1 million (20 cents) on revenue of $5.5 million during the same period a year ago. For the six months ended June 30, the company earned $340,000 (4 cents) on $15.2 million in revenue, compared with a loss of $1.7 million (14 cents) on $10.5 million in revenue during the comparable period a year earlier.

* Anteon International, a Fairfax systems engineering company, was one of four companies awarded a four-year, $320 million contract by the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, San Diego. Under the contract, Anteon will compete for task orders to provide program management services.
