Benefits, compensation and perks:

Company pays 100 percent of employee and dependent medical benefits effective the first of the month following date of hire. Dental coverage is paid at 100 percent for cleanings, 80 percent for basic care and 50 percent for major care. There are six paid holidays. Employees receive 15 days of vacation for the first three years of employment, 20 days for three to seven years, and 22.5 days after seven years. Employees receive 40 hours of sick leave and 12 hours for jury duty each year. Maternity leave is covered under short-term disability and is paid at 60 percent of the employee's weekly salary, up to $1,000 per week. Employees are eligible for 17 weeks of short-term disability. There is no paternity leave. Employees may contribute to a 401(k), and the company matches 50 percent, up to 3 percent of employee's annual salary. Employees are immediately vested in the plan. Company offers training to assist employees with IT or quality certifications and to keep employees current on technology. Performance-based bonuses are awarded. Flexible-spending accounts are available: $2,500 for health care and $5,000 for dependent care.
