Benefits, compensation and perks: Company pays 75 to 85 percent of employee and dependent medical benefits effective the first of the month after date of hire, and 75 to 85 percent of dental benefits effective 30 days after date of hire. Maternity leave is covered under the short-term disability plan and is paid at 60 percent of salary for the period of disability. Paternity leave is paid at 100 percent for one week. There are eight paid holidays and three weeks of paid time off, including sick and vacation leave and two personal days. After five years, paid time off increases to four weeks; after 10 years it reaches five weeks.
