Benefits, compensation and perks: Company pays between 75 and 85 percent of employee medical and 60 percent of employee dental benefits effective the first day of employment. The percentage paid depends on the benefit plan chosen by the employee. Domestic partners are included in all benefits. Maternity leave is paid at 662/3 percent for six to eight weeks.
