Benefits, compensation and perks: Company pays 50 percent of employee and dependent medical benefits, including optical, and 100 percent of dental benefits effective the first of the month after the start of employment. Maternity leave is paid at 100 percent for one week and 60 percent for seven to eight weeks. Paternity leave is paid at 100 percent for one week.
