Benefits, compensation and perks: Company pays 80 percent of employee and 75 percent of dependent medical and prescription drug coverage, and 100 percent of employee and 75 percent of dependent dental coverage. Maternity leave is paid at 66 2/3 percent, up to $800 a week for six to eight weeks; there is no paternity leave. There are 10 paid holidays and 10 sick days. After their first six months employees receive one week of vacation, at one year they receive two weeks, at four years they receive three weeks, at eight years they receive four weeks, and at 15 years they receive five weeks. Employees may contribute up to 15 percent of salary to a 401(k) plan; the company matches 50 percent of the first 6 percent contributed, up to $2,000. Employees are eligible for up to $4,000 in tuition reimbursement each year. Employees may contribute to flexible spending plans: up to $2,500 for health, and up to $5,000 for dependent care. Merit-based bonuses are awarded.
