Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. of McLean; ICOR Partners LLC of Washington; Computer Sciences Corp. of El Segundo, Calif.; and International Business Machines Corp. of Armonk, N.Y., won a $90 million, five-year contract from the Agency for International Development to provide business systems modernization and strategic management consulting services. They will compete for work under the contract.

VSE Corp. of Alexandria won a $9.2 million contract from the Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command for the Tanker Ballistic Protection System on the M967.
LB&B Associates Inc. of Columbia won an $8.6 million contract from the Headquarters Ogden Air Logistics Center to provide logistics services for RC-135 training devices at Offutt Air Force Base, Neb.
Science Applications International Corp. of Frederick won a $12.3 million contract from the Army for vision setting and programmatic review support for congressionally directed medical research programs.
Northrop Grumman Defense Mission Systems Inc. of Reston won a $2.2 million contract from the Air Force for research and development of the next generation assessment environment.
The Environmental Co. Inc. of Charlottesville and EA Engineering, Science and Technology Inc. of Hunt Valley won portions of a contract worth a total of $598 million from the Army to provide environmental engineering, professional, technical and remediation services to the Air National Guard.
