Benefits, compensation and perks: Company pays 60 percent of the cost of employee medical and dental plans. Maternity leave is paid at 100 percent for the first four weeks and is then covered under short-term disability for as many as eight weeks. Paternity leave is unpaid for up to 12 weeks.
