Benefits, compensation and perks: Company pays 80 percent of employee and dependent medical and dental insurance, effective the first day of employment. Maternity leave is paid at 80 percent for 13 weeks. There is no paternity leave policy, but new fathers can use vacation. There are 10 paid holidays.
