Benefits, compensation and perks: Company pays 72 percent of employee medical and dental benefits effective the first day of employment. Maternity and paternity leave are provided according to the Family and Medical Leave Act guidelines. There are 10 paid holidays. New employees receive two weeks of vacation and two weeks of sick leave. Leave increases to three weeks at five years and four weeks at 10 years.
