Benefits, compensation and perks: Company pays 70 percent of employee and dependent medical, dental and optical benefits, effective the month following employment. Maternity leave is paid at 100 percent for 30 days; vacation and sick leave may be used afterward. There is no paternity leave. There are 11 paid holidays. Employees receive two weeks of vacation, seven sick days and one personal day. Vacation increases with years of service up to four weeks after seven years. Employees may contribute to a 401(k) plan; company matches 50 percent on up to 3 percent of employee contribution. Tuition reimbursement is provided after six months of employment.
