Benefits, compensation and perks: Company pays 87 percent of medical benefits and 70 percent of dental benefits for employees and dependents, effective the first day of employment. Maternity leave is covered under short-term disability and paid at 100 percent for four weeks for employees with one year of employment and increases with tenure up to 90 days. Long-term disability is paid at 60 percent after short-term disability is exhausted. Paternity leave is under development. Up to four weeks of paid adoption leave is provided, as is reimbursement for adoption-related expenses, up to $2,500 per child. There are eight paid holidays and 10 sick days. Employees initially receive three weeks of vacation and get an additional week at years five, eight, 10, 15, 20 and 25 years. Employees may contribute up to 20 percent of salary to a 401(k) plan; company matches 100 percent up to 5 percent of contributions. Corporate training and up to $5,250 in tuition reimbursement are provided each year. Flexible spending plans are available: up to $2,500 for health and $5,000 for dependent care. Merit-based bonuses are awarded.
