Katherine Boyd Menz, assistant curator of the National Park Service's Roosevelt-Vanderbilt mansions in Hyde Park, and Cole Palmer Werble, publisher of F-D-C Reports, will be married August 20 in Washington, D.C.
The future bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Menz of this city, attended the Holton-Arms School and is a 1974 honors graduate of Vassar College with an M.A. from the Winterthur program at the Winterthur Museum in Wilmington, Del. She is a granddaughter of the late Dr. and Mrs. Arthur Camp Stanley of Washington, D.C., and of the late Mrs. F. Ward Denys, and the grandniece of Dr. and Mrs. Walter Boyd of Bethesda, Md.
Mr. Werble is the son of Mrs. Lorna Cole Werble and the late Wallace Werble. Mr. Wallace Werble was founder, editor and publisher of F-D-C Reports, a series of five specialized publications to drug, cosmetics, and health care industries, and was also president of Children's Hospital. The prospective bridegroom, who succeeded his father as publisher in 1976, attended St. Albans School here. He is a 1973 Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Williams College and has an M.A. degree with honors in English from the University of Chicago.
