At four o'clock last Saturday, Mary Tiemann, daughter of former Governor of Nebraska and Mrs. Nobert Tiemann of McLean, Va., and Ted Domanski, son of Mr. and Mrs. Stan Domanski of Youngstown, Ohio, were married by the Rev. Iver M. Haugen at The Lutheran Church of the Redeemer in McLean. The reception and dinner followed at Tysons Corner Holiday Inn.
The bride appeared in a George Mauer original of bridal satin lavishly trimmed with Alencon lace and seed pearls, as was the illusion veil - and she carries orchids, stephanotis, and ivy. In attendance were her sisters, Lorna and Amy, who were in periwinkle blue jersey and carried white nosegays of mums, carnations, rosebuds, and baby's breath. Mr. Domanski was served by Kevin De Braal of Chicago and Norbert Tiemann Jr., brother of the bride.
The couple are graduates of Northwestern University School of Physical Therapy in Chicago and will be practicing at hospitals in the District of Columbia. Thet received undergraduate degrees from Washington University at St. Louis where she was president of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. Mr. Damanski's university was Youngstown State. Now honeymooning in the Grand Cayman Islands, they will be at home in the suburban Washington area.
