Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Lear Miller of Ormond Beach, Fla. are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Virginia Lee to Randolph Tulk Royen, son of Mrs. Beverley Agathangalou and Walter Jay Royen, both of Bethesda, Md.

Miss Miller is a 1971 graduate of Seabreeze High School in Daytona Beach and received an A.A. degree in 1972 from Centenary College for Women (N.J.). While there she was president of Delta Sigma Sigma and a member of Phi Iota, an honorary leadership scrocity, she is also a member of the Daughters of the Amercian Revolution. 1974 she graduated from Columbia Unversity School of Nursing (N.Y.). and is presently doing trauma research on a great from HEW with the Shock-Trauma Program at the Washington Hospital Center here.

Mr. Royen, a native Washingtonian and an avid outdoorsman, is a 1964 graduate of Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School with a B.A. degree from Kentucky Wesleyan College. He has been associated with C. W. Stuart & Co., Sears, Roebuck and Co., and the Federal Bureau of investigation. Since 1970 he has been and advertising representative at the Washington Post Newspaper and is presently attached to its Kensington office.

A spring wedding is planned.
