On New Year's Eve, Elizabeth Cox Faller of Seattle, Wash., was united in marriage to Cdr. Guy Anselmo Jr., USNR, of this city and Philadelphia, at Our Lady of Victory Church in Georgetown. The Rev. F. Michael Bryant, assistant pastor, and the Rev. Msgr. Carl F. Hess, passtor emeritus, officiated, joined by the Rev. John M. Driscoll,O.S.A., president of Villanova University, who also gave the bride in marriage. A reception followed at the Army and Navy Club.

The bride chose a long cream-colored Italian lace gown and veil with matching trim, and she carried pink rosebuds, pink carnations and baby's breath tied with pink streamers.

Carson, USN ret., the groom's former senior officer, and Mrs. Carson of Arlington presented the spiritual gifts.

Mrs. Anselmo attended St. Agnes School in Houston. Cdr. Anselmo is a graduate of American University and did graduate studies at Harvard and the University of Pennsylvania. He is an international consultant and founder-president of Perspectives Internaional. A past president and chairman of The Philadelphia Public Relations Association, he is presently public affairs officer on the staff of Rear Admiral Joseph L. Loughran, Naval Reserve Readiness COmmander Region Four.

Cdr. and Mrs. Anselmo plan a trip to Latin America.
