Fans of St. Patrick have another weekend of partying coming up. Friday at noon, bring a bag lunch to Alexandria's George Washington Bicentennial Center (201 S. Washington St.) and take in some Irish folk music by Magpie, a Washington-based duo. Later Friday night, celebrate with authentic Ceili dancing: The Blackthorn Stick Club of Washington will be holding its fifth annual St. Patrick's Day dance, from 9 to 2 in the Burgundy Room at St. Mary's Church in Landover Hills.
