Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Henry Norweb Jr. of Kirtland, Ohio and Boothbay Harbor, Me., have the honor of announcing the marriage of their daughter, Constance Elizabeth to Paul Roger Abbey, son of Mr. and Mrs. Preston Roger Abbey of Bradford, Pa., on Saturday in St. Hubert's Chapel, Kirtland Hills. A reception followed at the home of the bride's grandparents, the Honorable and Mrs. R. Henry Norweb of Bratenahl, Ohio.

Mrs. Abbey was attended by her sister, Mrs. Jeffrey R. McManus, as matron of honor and the bridesmaids were Emily Kinder, Ann Fenner, and Lisa Abbey, the groom's sister.

Mr. Abbey was best man for his son and the ushers were R. Henry Norweb III, brother of the bride, Jeffrey R. McManus, and Jeffrey Dann.

The former Miss Norweb, an alumna of the Hathaway Brown School in Ohio and the Madeira School here, attended Sweet Briar College (Va.) and graduated from Connecticut College in New London. She is assistant editor of Hospitality-Restaurant, published by the Penton-Industrial Publishing Company. Her father is director of The Holden Arboretum, Mentor, Ohio and her grandfather, R. Henry Norweb, is a former ambassador. Her maternal grandparents are Albert K. Gardner of Kirtland and the late Mrs. Gardner.

Mr. Abbey is a graduate of the College of Wooster with an MBA from Baldwin-Wallace College in Ohio. He is an investment banker with the firm of Prescott, Ball & Turben in Cleveland. His father is owner and senior partner in the architectural firm of Preston R. Abbey & Associates in Bradford. His grandparents are Mrs. Geneva Abbey of Bradford and the late Mr. Hugh Abbey and the late Dr. and Mrs. Dwight C. Hanna Jr. of Port Allegany, Pa.
