Under the magnificent chandeliers of the Indian Spring Country Club in Silver Spring, Mary Katherine Wilkinson was given in marriage by her father to Allan Jay Raskin at noon on Sunday, July 30. The bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Douglas Wilkinson of China, Me., formerly of Bethesda, entertained at the reception following the ecumenical cermony.

The bride had a charming batiste gown trimmed in lace with a square-cut neckline which framed her mother's heirloom pendant. She carried her grandmother Moore's missal and wore her great-grandfather Wilkinson's gold horseshoe tiepin. Mrs. Raskin was attended by Robin Brirnbaum of Woodmere, L.I., her college roommate, and the flower girl and Elizabeth Findlay Ward, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George E. Ward of Baltimore.Edith Raskin of Cambridge, Mass and Mrs. Miguel Mindos of Toledo, Espana, sisters of the groom, attended the guest book and gift table. Mr. Raskin, son of Herbert Raskin of Bethesda and the last Mrs. Raskin, was served by his lifelong friend, Mark Dubester of Bethesda, as best man and the ushers were Edward Wilkinson of Boca Raton, Fal. and John Wilkinson Jr. of Silver Spring, the bride's brothers.

Mrs. Raskin in a 1977 graduate of Boston University with a degree in social work. Mr. Raskin graduated in 1976 from Franklin and Marshall College, Lancaster, Pa. They will live in Cuernavaca, Mexico, where Mr. Raskin is attending medical school.
