In the chapel at the Notre Dame Acedemy in Middleburg, Va., Margaret Mary Kingsley became the bride of Miles Flaiz Westover. The Rev. Thomas Egan was the officiating minister.The recent afternoon ceremony was followed by a reception at Featherbed Farm, home of the bride's mother and stepfather, Mr. and Mrs. Edmund S. Twining Jr., in Middleburg.

The bride was given in marriage by her father, Archibeld J. Kingsley of Lincoln. Constance Chatfield-Taylor of Lincoln was maid of honor and the bridesmaids were Janie Ballard of Newport Beach, Calif., Julie Hendrickson of Darien, Conn., Mrs. William White of Charlottesville, and Mrs. Michael Dlugash of Columbia, Md., a cousin of the bride.

Mr. Westover is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John H. Westover of Scottsdale, Ariz. He was served by Steve Siebert of Tucson, Ariz, as best man and the ushers were James Kingsley, brother of the bride, Allen Bedell of Richmond, Mark Simpson and Eric Holland, both of Scottsdale.

The bride is an alumna of the Hill School and Notre Dame Academy in Middleburg. She and her husband are graduates of the University of Arizona at Tucson. They are living in San Diego, Calif, where the groom is in his second year of law.
