In the Post Chapel at Ft. Myer, Va., Ella Bernadette Chabot and Peter Havens Remington Jr., Lt. USAFR, were united in marriage on Saturday, September 9. Chaplain William A. Martin, Col. USA, officiated at the double ring ceremony and a reception was held in the McLean, Va. home of the bride's parents, Col. (USA ret.) and Mrs. Joseph L. Chabot, also of Whitefield, N.H.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a gown of heirloom silk brocade and matching tiara complemented by a veil of silk illusion. She carried a crescent bouquet of baby's breath and forever yours roses. Michelle Failor, the maid of honor, was gowned in crepe American beauty rose. Lt. Remington, son of Col. (USAF ret.) and Mrs. Peter Remington of Watertown, N.Y., was served by his brother, Harold Remington of Reno. Nev., as best man and David Cox of New York City.

Mrs. Remington, granddaughter of Mrs. Victor E. deKiraly, is a 1975 graduate of Langley High School here and recently received a BS in journalism from the Mississippi University for Women. She is pursuing a master's degree at Glassboro State College (N.J.) under an assistantship program.

Lt. Remington is the grandson of Mrs. Walter S. Atkinson of White Oaks, Clayton, N.Y. and Mrs. Harold Remington of Naples, Fla. He is a graduate of Alfred University (N.Y.) and is currently on active duty with the Air Force, stationed at McGuire AFB, flying C-141 aircraft.

The couple are at home in Williamsburg, N.J.
