A Nuptial Mass at noon on August 5 celebrated the marriage of Claire Alice Jackson and Edward Douglas Bradshaw Jr. at the Church of the Holy Spirit in Annandale, the Rev. Robert Timperman officiated

The bride daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Edward Jackson of Springfield, wore white jersey with beaded lace insets, a finger tip veil, and she carried a bouquet of yellow roses and white carnations. Her sister, Mary Ann Jackson was maid of honor, her other sister, Mrs. Scott Bowoe, Jeanne Bradshaw, the groom's sister. Ann Snyder, the bride's cousin, Deborah Clarken, and Susan Kirby were bridesmaids.

Mr. Bradshaw, the son of Mrs. Edward D. Bradshaw of Arlington and the late Mr. Bradshaw, had his brother-in-law, Robert Fidley, as best man. Bounce Fickley, his nephew, Frank Jackson, the bride's brother, Paul B. Cook Jr., Richard Martin, and Robert James, ushered.

A graduate of Radford College, Mrs. Bradshaw is teaching at St. Bernadette's School in Springfield. Mr. Bradshaw, a graduate of the University of Virginia and of its Law School is an attorney with the office of the General Counsel Veterans Administration.

After a wedding trip to Bermuda, the couple is living in Annandale.
