Application having been made herein for probate of the last will and testament of said deceased, and for letters testamentary on said estate, by Grace Winey Landis and Joan Lanphear it is ordered this 25th day of April, A.D. 1979, that Jane Winey Heald, Landis Winey, William Winey, Jr., Richard L. Winey, Joseph Seiber III, Virginia Chalfant Reiber, Robert M. Chalfant, William L. Chalfant, Jane Chalfant Watkins, George Chalfant, Hazel Chalfant James, Bernice Chalfant Calvert, Grover Kauffman, Charles Bashor, Sara Jane Jensen, Mary S. Lamlein, Ray K. Winey, A. Clarence Winey, Rebecca Cook, Margaret Work, Robert Winey Work, George Austin Work, Terry Morris and Sharon Morris Teter and all other concerned, appear in said Court on Monday, the 11th day of June, A.D. 1979, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., to show cause why such application should not be granted. Let notice hereof be published in the "Washington Law Reporter" and "The Washington Post", once in each of three successive weeks before the return day herein mentioned, the first publication to be not less than thrity days before said return day.
