Mr. and Mrs. Joseph M. Farrell of Bronxille, N.Y. and Washington, D.C. were in California to attend the wedding of their son, Anthony James Farrell to Kathleen Louise Heinze, daughter of Cdr. (USN ret.) and Mrs. Arthur D. Heinze of Sarattoga, Calif.
The double-ring ceremony took place before a flower-laden-altar in the First United Methodist Church of Los Gatos at two o'clock in the afternoon on July 7.
Mrs. Larry Porter was her sister's matron of honor with the groom's two sisters, Janice Farrell of Anthens, Greece and Mrs.David Vesely of Little Rock, Ark. along with Cathy Creveling, as the bridesmaids and Susanna Vesely, the groom's niece, the flower girl. Christopher Farrell of New York was his brother's best man and the ushers were Tom Clark, Lorne Green, and Dan Merzenich.
The bride is a 1976 graduate of Stanford University. Her father ons Agriwood, Inc. pf Felton, Calif. Through he mother, the former Alice Adele McMeekin of Milford, Conn., the bride is a direct descendant of several of Milford's founders.
Mr. Farrell, a 1967 alumnus of Sidewall Friends School, here, is a 1971 graduate of Havard College and of its Business School in 1977. He served four years as an officer in the U.S. Navy Supply Corps. His father is executive vice-president of Waterman Steamship Corporation.
The couple will make their home in San Fransciso where Mrs. Farrell-Heinze is a systems engineer for Electronic Data Systems and Mr. Farrell is a buyer for the Gap Stores, Inc., headquartered in San Bruno, Calif. CAPTION: Picture, no caption
