Miss Kathryn Louise Fabiani, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dante C. Fabiani of Westport, Conn., was married to Captain James Harold Bartholomew, USN., on Saturday, August 11 at the Saugatuck Congregational Church in Westport. The Reverend Douglas Miller performed the ceremony. Captain Bartholomew is the son of Mrs. Earl R. Bartholomew and the late Earl R. Bartholomew of Williamsport, Pa.

Mrs. Bartholomew received a BA degree from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1971 and a MA degree in economics from the American University in Washington, D.C. in 1973. She has worked for the Department of Defense and is currently a professional member of the Resource Management Staff in Washington, D.C. Her father is president of Crane Co., in New York City.

Captain Bartholomew recieved a BA degree in forestry from Pennsylvania State University and was commissioned as an officer in the United States Navy in 1955. He is currently serving as the Assistant Commander, Naval Intelligence Command, for Resource Management.

The bride was attended by her sister, Mrs. Arthur Henriques of Lee, Mass. and Anne and Patricia Bartholomew, daughters of the groom. Captain Bartholomew was attended by Commander Robert Reny, USN, James Fabiani and Stuart Smith.

The five o'clock wedding was followed by a reception and dinner at the Patterson Club in Fairfield, Conn. The bride and groom are honeymooning in Colorado and will reside in Arlington, Va.
