Mr. and Mrs. David Paul Ciccolella were united in marriage in Blauvelt, N.Y. on July 6. The double ring ceremony was performed by the pastor of The First Unitarian Church of Paramus, N.J. A festive reception followed and among the many guests were members of both the Bergen County Law and Dental Associations.

The former Peggy Pulas, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Pulas of Westchester County, N.Y. and Verona, N.J., is a graduate of Montclair State Teachers College, Columbia University and Laval University in Quebec. She was a high school foreign language teacher for ten years and recently a bilingual coordinator in the Maywood, N.J. public schools.

Mr. Ciccolella, a graduate of Fordham and New York Universities, is a management analyst with the Department of Defense at the Pentagon involved in organizing worldwide structure of army commands. He is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Salvatore Ciccolella of Brooklyn, N.Y. His brother is General Richard Ciccolella, formerly of Virginia.

The couple will make their home in Arlington, Va. and also have residences in New Jersey and Coronado, Cal. They plan to take a cruise to Bermuda and in the near future go to Rome and Greece.
