Beverly Anne Brown became the bride of Andre Walker Brewster Jr. on Saturday, October 6 in the historic University of Virginia Chapel in Charlottesville, Va., with the Rev. Stephens G. Lytch officiating. A reception followed at Farmington Country Club.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by her three sisters, Elizabeth Waring Brown of Wichita, Kan., Barbara Ryan Brown and Rebecca Clark Brown of Dallas, and by Caroline Isabel Mesrobian of Charlotte, N.C., former roommate of the bride at Duke University. Nancy Moffett Paternotte, of Baltimore, Maryland, the groom's niece, was an adorable flower girl.

Mr. Brewster was best man for his son and the ushers were John MacColl, William Paternotte, John Scott, and Howard Shafferman.

The former Miss Brown is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lincoln Brown III of Dallas, Tx., and the granddaughter of Dr. and Mrs. Elmar Stebbins Waring of Fairfax, Va., and Fort Pierce, Fla. Mr. Brewster is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Andre Walker Brewster of Glyndon, Md., and grandson of Mrs. W. Fairfield Peterson of Baltimore and Mrs. William F. gCochran of Owings Mills.

The bride was lovely in a gown of candlelight satin and Alencon lace with an heirloom hand embroidered Brussels lace mantilla worn by four generations in the Peterson family.

After a European honeymoon, the couple will practice law and live in San Francisco.
