Stephanie Beatrice Fain and Robert Wallace Morrow were married Saturday afternoon, October 6th in the Chapel of the Presidents at the National Presbyterian Church, which was followed by a reception at the Chevy Chase home of the bride's mother, Mrs. Janice Fain. Dr. William Fain of Falls Church gave his daughter in marriage and she was attended by Cynthia Dickinson, maid of honor, Ineke de Grooth of the Netherlands, and Barbara Morrow, sister of the groom. Christopher Eckert of Pittsfield, Mass. served as best man; James and Thomas Morrow were ushers for their brother and Mark Dirksen, a friend of the groom, was organist.

The bride graduated from Sidwell Friends School and Cornell University and is a socioeconomist at Dames and Moore in Bethesda. Her father is president of CACI, Inc., an international consulting firm, of which her mother is a military operations research specialist.

Mr. Morrow, son of Mr. and Mrs. Hugh L. Morrow of Wilmette, Ill., graduated from the college of Wooster (Ohio) and holds a master's in public administration from American University. He manages a data analysis and entry group at Sterling Systems, Inc. His mother is a nurse and his father is the Director of Marketing for Evans Products, Inc. in Chicago.

After a Bermuda honeymoon, the couple will live in Arlington.
