Siri Jennings Vail, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas V. H. Vail of Hunting Valley, Chagrin Falls, Ohio, was married last Saturday to John Fairbanks Lacey, son of Mr. and Mrs. Norman F. Lacey of Mendham, N.J. The ceremony took place in St. Christopher's-by-the-River Episcopal Church, Gates Mills, Ohio.
The bride, who made her debut at the 1971 Cleveland Assembly Ball and at a dinner dance at the home of her parents, is a fashion associate with Vogue magazine. Her father is publisher and editor of The Cleveland Plain Dealer. She is the granddaughter of Mr. Herman L. Vail of Cleveland and the late Delia White Vail and of Mrs. Theodore G. Bremer of Manchester, Vt., and the late Mr. Lawrence K. Jennings of New York and Palm Beach.
The bridgegroom, who was with the Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co. in New York for four years, is attending the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Edward N. Lacey of Boston and the late Dr. and Mrs. Homer L. Nelms of Albany, N.Y. His father is a senior staff meteorologist with the Federal Aviation Administration in Washington, D.C.
The couple will reside in New York City.
