A Nuptial Mass in Holy Trinity Catholic Church in this city celebrated the marriage of Deborah Ross Rumpler and Francis Joseph Warin. The Rev. James English, pastor, conducted the two o'clock ceremony on Saturday, February 21. Mr. and Mrs. Charles M. Rumpler of Oxford, Ohio, the bride's parents, hosted the reception at the Washington Club and the preceding evening the groom's mother, Mrs. Roger P. Warin of Omaha, entertained at the Congressional Country Club.

Attending the bride were Lois Anne Starkey, matron of honor; Elizabeth Smith Pearsall, Karla J. Keith, Stephanie Lynn Broshear, the bride's niece, and Kimberly Elizabeth Gillum. Elizabeth Anne Warin, the groom's niece, was flower girl. Roger E. and Edward G. Warin were best men for their brother; James Rocap, Patrick Kennison, William Barnes, Norman Monhait, and James Martin, were ushers.

The bride, a graduate of Miami University, is legislative assistant to U.S. Rep. David W. Evans. Mr. Warin, son of the late Mr. Warin, is a cum laude graduate of Creighton University and Georgetown University Law Center. He is an assistant U.S. attorney in Washinton, D.C.

Following a wedding trip to Europe, the couple is making their home in Arlington.
