If acne's still a problem, if you never miss a "Charlie's Angels' " rerun, if you'd love to see "Debbie Does Dallas," but don't own a trenchcoat, by all means, go view "Porky's," a sexist new offering from 20th Century- Fox. It's a profligate farce about the '50s, in which six pubescent brats, swept away on a hormonal tide, try to adjust to their testosterone in Florida's backwaters. There in the wet outback, a grossly overweight redneck runs a bordello and bar called "Porky's," where our sweating young satyrs would pass ritually into manhood. When the boys -- Dan Monahan, Mark Herrier, Wyatt Knight, Roger Wilson, Cyril O'Reilly and Tony Ganios -- are not pursuing the piglettes at ''Porky's," they are baiting Jews, playing with prophylactics or peeping at showering coeds. It's a new kind of kiddie porn, aimed at those who, be they 16 or 60, still regard male-female relationships as little more than a game of you- show-me-yours-and-I'll-show-you-mine. All of this is couched in a barrage of street smut, most of it leveled at women -- this during Eisenhower's heydey, when virginity was a kept commodity and darn was a dirty word. "Breaking Away," it's not. All in all, it's a movie for pigs, chauvinist genus. Sooo-eee, as they say in Arkansas. But, if you're into self-abuse, by all means, slop it on up. PORKY'S -- At 17 area theaters.
