Luci Arnaz and Laurence Luckinbill will be bringing "I Do! I Do!" to the Warner Theatre Aug. 16 through 28, and Carol Channing will return with "Hello, Dolly!" for two weeks starting Aug. 30 . . . Stanley Anderson, one of the mainstays of Arena's resident company, will be doing "Talley's Folly" at the Round House starting July 5.

The Studio has extended "Fifth of July" through June 26 . . . Ford's is having a special performance of "Dancin' in the Street" for the hearing impaired on Friday. Two local interpreters will do the signing . . . The Folger's "All's Well That End's Well" has been extended through next Sunday, although Gwendolyn Lewis, who plays the part of Helena, has to move on to other commitments. She will be replaced by Donna Snow, who has played the part before and is the wife of Peter Webster, who plays Bertram . . . Debra Tidwell will be singing the rest of this week in Marley's Lounge at the Henley Park Hotel. She won the "talent search" held by the hotel to find talented local performers for the small nightclub . . .

A number of local experimental theater groups will be participating in the WPA's "First Annual Art Party" on Friday, including Seth Kahan's Echohead experimental theatre; "Village Idiot," by Archaesus Productions; and something called "A Series of Street Cheers" by the Generator Exchange (maybe that should be in the music category.) The combination street fair, fundraiser, and farewell to executive director Al Nodal starts at 7 p.m. Call 347-8304 . . . Friday is also the deadline for applications to the WPA's fall artist-in-residence series . . . "K2," which just won a Tony for Ming Cho Lee's set design in New York, has posted a closing notice.
