Singer Kenny Rogers, who apparently has more money than Croesus, has leased a little place in Beverly Hills for $20,000 a month and recently sold his Beverly Hills house to a Denver oilman for $20 million . . . And Eva Gabor has put her 1.5-acre Holmby Hills place on the market for $5.2 million . . .
