Rep. Jim Wright has put pen to paper, and Madison Publishers in Fort Worth has produced his "Reflections of a Public Man," relating his journey from mayor of Weatherford, Tex., to House majority leader. Wright's former administrative aide, Texas writer Larry L. King, will toast or roast at a book party for Wright on Wednesday at the National Press Club. Lawyer Barbara Blaine, who is hosting the party, said the majority leader, as always, will have the last word . . .
