The second annual "Suite Life Hotel Tour," a benefit for the League of Washington Theatres, takes place next Saturday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Five of the city's high-priced hotels are to offer some of their most luxurious suites for inspection, with transportation and refreshments provided. And a Texas Women's University production of "Third Child," by local playwrights Charlotte Anker and Irene Rosenberg, won the Festival's Jane Chambers Playwriting Award . . .
